Our unit has been tastefully refurbished upstairs and down. The entire main floor has been upgraded from the AC, tank less water heater to kitchen appliances. The home offers many changes in the floor plan, granite countertops, and upgrades in lighting, fans etc. Boardwalk Caper features about a mile of boardwalk, hence the name. It is a double boardwalk…the upper for long morning walks and the lower with slips for docking your boats and fishing if you are so inclined. The lower dock also contains electricity, cleaning stations, a pump out station, and a marina with a variety of sizes in slips. There are always slips available to owners to purchase as different sizes are necessary based on boat size and availability. There are 4 swimming pools along the boardwalk, each offering nice restroom accommodation and one even has a spa. There are great seating areas throughout the property where owners and guests meet for afternoon / evening snacks and cocktails. The community has a variety of great get “togethers” in the pool areas for dancing, mingling, and celebrating our fantastic sunsets. There are numerous activities tennis, bocce ball, shuffleboard and more. And Boaters, you are only 8 minutes by boat to the beaches, Sanibel Island and our warm, wonderful Gulf of America.
