Originally from Port Washington, NY, Luisa lived in Richmond, VA for 20 years. She now makes her home in sunny Fort Myers, FL.  Luisa is a proud mother of two and a new grandmother.  Luisa loves to travel, study local cultures and lifestyles, and spend time near the beautiful local waterways.
